While we always hope you love your pieces from us sometimes it’s just not meant to be. If you decide it’s not working out the first step is to get in touch, and we’ll try to make the process as pain-free as possible

Please contact us prior to returning your item by completing the form on this page, or by email. We take every care to ensure all parcels are carefully protected and wrapped, unfortunately we cannot accept liability for lost or stolen packages, or any damage caused in transit, but full cost cover is included in the shipping rate.

We have a 14 day returns policy from date of order delivery, and your refund will be actioned upon receipt of return minus the cost of shipping. The cost of return shipping is also non-refundable unless for a defective item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We recommend you use a tracked and insured service for sending your return.

Items returned to us due to an incorrect address, or a parcel not being collected will incur a further delivery charge for reshipping payable to the customer.

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt, however please note once you receive your shipping notification email shipping costs may be incurred. Shipped orders must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation to receive your refund.
