Most of our items are vintage or antique, and as such have lived a life before they reach you. Their individual characteristics are what makes them unique. Please review both the description and images carefully before you purchase, and if you have any questions please feel free to get in touch

UK Deliveries
Please allow 2-3 working days to process your order prior to shipment, if your parcel is urgent please do let us know and we will endeavour to ship asap.
Shipping rates are calculated by weight and size at the checkout, with a choice of either Evri or UPS
Delivery times depend on the service selected, but average 2-3 working days
Large furniture items may take up to 5 working days to process, and will be delivered via UPS or specialist courier

International Deliveries
We ship internationally - the button below will take you to your bespoke delivery quote based on your parcel’s size, weight and destination - we will be in touch with a competitive shipping cost just for you and will add this bespoke option at the checkout.

Please be aware additional import charges may apply to international orders, for which the purchaser is responsible.
Returns
Please contact us prior to returning your item by using the button below. We take every care to ensure all parcels are carefully protected and wrapped, unfortunately we cannot accept liability for lost or stolen packages, or any damage caused in transit, but full cost cover is included in the shipping rate.
We have a 14 day returns policy from date of order delivery, and your refund will be actioned upon receipt of return minus the cost of shipping. The cost of return shipping is also non-refundable unless for a defective item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We recommend you use a tracked and insured service for sending your return.
Items returned to us due to an incorrect address, or a parcel not being collected will incur a further delivery charge for reshipping payable to the customer.
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt, however please note once you receive your shipping notification email shipping costs may be incurred. Shipped orders must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation to receive your refund.
