ANTIQUE PAIR OF PATINATED ALUMINIUM POPPY CANDLESTICKS
An interesting pair of early 20th century organically cast aluminium poppyseed-head candlesticks, with several layers of aged paint and patina which have been added over the years culminating in an almost verdigris appearance. We have given them a gentle clean to preserve this unique colouration, so only touches of the base metal peek through. A wonderfully characterful and unique pair.
