Antique Swedish Punched Steelwork Floor Lamp
An early 20th century Swedish standing lamp, with chipped or ‘punched’ detail to its flared bar frame, tapering to a decorated hexagonal base. Purchased at auction and listed as iron but more likely a steel piece, adjusted in height with an original side screw and fitted with a beige braided cord and black plug.
The silver metal has a warm, rich patina which combined with the gently shaped curves of its silhouette and base serve to soften any industrial edge.
Measures approx. 83cm high including lamp holder when fully extended, with a 32cm diameter base
