Likely French in origin, certainly with age and typical of the Art Deco period, an oval bevelled mirror with a half frame carved in wood with an off-white gesso finish. Scrolled leaves adorn the frame and we have added two ivory V V Rouleaux tassels using the original fixings.
Some light foxing to the mirror plate, and a small chip to the top bevel edge next to one of two metal keepers. Rope strung to the reverse with original backing still in place.
