Acquired as a late Grand Tour piece, a nicely detailed cast bronze interpretation of ‘Winged Victory’ - head and arm reimagined - after the ancient Greek votive monument excavated in 1863 and now famously exhibited at the Louvre.

Newly mounted on a painted softwood pedestal, she has some minor signs of age but still a dynamic, if petite, depiction.
