Danish Pewter Lidded Ball Foot Pot
A sweet and practical conical lidded pot by Danish pewterer Alex Hasselstrøm. Likely a mid-century piece with a later hallmark to the stepped base, the body is raised by three ball feet. Lightly etched etched with linear and petal details and topped with a flowering bud pull.
Given only a light polish to maintain patina and a little distortion, mostly around the lid as is to be expected with this soft metal but still with a clean, satisfying close.
Denmark, c.1950
Approx. dimensions: H 18cm x Top Diam. x 12cm x Base Diam. 7.5cm
