ANTIQUE PETITE VICTORIAN ROUND EBONISED MIRROR
Diminutive in dimension but mighty in impact, a classic Victorian ebonised wood shaving mirror with a decoratively swirl and dot etched lacquer surface. A wonderful accent piece, the deep frame houses what I believe is a modern replacement mirror plate, but the original textured backing and brass keepers remain in place. There is some age to the surface, and it may benefit from some stabilising the reverse once in situ as the keepers are not as tight as they once were, but it is well preserved for a piece of such age.
Measures approx. 15.5cm in diameter, with a 3cm projection
