An early 20th century plaster plaque portraying one of Jean Goujon’s water nymphs from Paris’ Fountain of the Innocents. Stained to a basalt like finish, the bas relief captures the detail, drapes and folds of the original nicely.
Marks and scuffs commensurate with age but more as to add rather than detract.
