Large French Art Deco Iron Foliate Mirror
Sourced locally but French in origin, this large oval Art Deco mirror is on a wonderful scale complemented by the impressive drop of the original chain. Wrought in iron in the typical ‘fer forger’ style after Brandt with a lovely level of detail to the foliate grapevine.
A bevel to the top section and some wear to the mirror plate which serves to indicate age rather than to detract. The tassels are our addition and can be provided upon request, and further images of the reverse to follow.
