Likely early 20th century and made in England or France, a pair of brass shield sconces with an applied verdigris patina. The shield mounts have scrolled detail to their surrounds, continued in their elegantly curved and arms.
Heavy with a bar to the reverse for hanging on each, one’s arms are fixed while the others are kept with knuts creating a slight difference in distance between the arms.
