A statement in form and size at 45cm long, a pair of darkened brass twisted rope effect knot and tassel candle sconces. With a nice projection as well as proportion, each has two fluted candle holders on its gracefully curved arms. A lovely example of glamorous mid-century design that continues to resonate with the tastes of today.
The fluted candle holders are quite shallow, a stylistic choice for the period perhaps but we would recommend some candle adhesive to ensure candles sit neatly. Hung from the reverse with a notch opening.
