A classic Spanish mid-century iron stretcher table in dark wood, possibly oak. With a dark stain and chip carved edges, the iron stretcher finials are rather curiously mis-matched which rather suits this rather imperfect, well used piece.
The tabletop sits straight but is slightly curved as the wood has warped slightly over time. Similarly stabilising rubber pads have been added to two of the feet.
