Vintage Alabaster Double Arm Urn Lamp
A wonderfully sculptural large urn shaped lamp carved from pale alabaster, likely an early to mid 20th century piece. Far from perfect, with age and wear to the soft alabaster surface and discrete evidence of repairs to the arms, it remains striking owing to its scale and silhouette.
Finely carved leaves circle its opening and stem with two stylised arms sitting either side of its urn shaped body and attached internally with original screws. Each arm has suffered a repaired break and there are various chips - elegantly worn but much more than the sum of its flaws, with further images available upon request if required.
Rewired with a clear braided cord, white UK plug and white on-cord switch
