French Art Deco Iron Teardrop Lamp 05
An interesting forged French iron lamp c.1935, perhaps influenced by the Amsterdam school, with a four arm teardrop cage interspersed with ball detail wave bars. It stands on four upturned scroll feet and the black braided cord feeds through the open metal work.
Evidence of a repair to the top of one of the bars, now very solid, and there is a lean from certain angles but with careful placement it is stands as an excellently singular piece.
Please note shade is not included
PAT tested by a qualified electrician
Measures approx. 38cm high including lamp holder by 21cm wide
