Long Woven Verdure Hanging Tapestry 01
The story goes this tapestry (one of two) came from a large country house sale some 40 years ago and where they were hung as curtains. Flat woven and doubtless with some age, they are likely early-to-mid 20th century reproductions of a French original.
Faded and worn in places but still very lovely with warmth and charm. There are traces of paint on this piece (pictured) which could perhaps be removed but we have left each piece in as found condition.
