A good blend of sweet proportions and energetic carvings, a very neat little antique hand-carved wood picture frame, thought by the dealer to be Japanese in origin and of some considerable age.

A small split to the bottom left hand corner belies its age, but the front of the piece is otherwise perfect. Its original hook has been lost and the keepers a little loose, but we have left it in its ‘as found’ condition.

Measures approx. 15cm long by 14cm wide
