Pair of Large Svenkst Tenn Pewter Candle Sconces
In polished pewter with raised oval centre and hammered outer, a pair of large shield-shaped Swedish candle sconces. In the manner of Knut Eriksson for Eskiltuna but a later mid-century iteration, marked A.H. & Co so likely by A.Hultgren & Co. of Norrköping. Each is topped by a raised fan detail which repeats at the bottom on the candleholder itself.
Marks and scuffs commensurate with age but such as to add surface character and interest rather than to detract.
