Vintage Swedish Large Canvas Greek Key Mirror
Measuring 97cm high, an early 20th century Swedish waxed canvas trumeau mirror, with printed classical motifs, including a greek key surround and a laurel ringed man in profile. It has wonderful presence owing to its scale, the canvas pinned to a solid wood backing.
Some dulling and spotting to the surface add to its sense of age, but each detail is still clear. Hung by an original hook to the reverse.
